Bullet Journal.jpg

Bullet journal open studio

with Mariko Giverink of Palette and Ink

Mondays August 27th, September 24th, October 29th, November 26th

6:30-8:30

Drop-in $10 each session

Come drop- in and work on your Bullet Journal!

We will have tables set up with all the goodies to share- stamps, washi, stencils, pens, pencils and such, but bring whatever you have in your stash that you want to use or anything you want to share. There will be no teaching, but we’ll all learn and get ideas and inspiration from from each other, and in that spirit of community and inclusion, I’ll ask a couple of you each month to share a page spread from your journal and talk about what it is, why it works for you and how it helps you. Just something short and sweet! We’ll figure out some kind of system for bringing snacks and drinks to share too.

Join us for our Adult Open Studio! We've got to thinking- why should the kids have all the fun? It's time for the grown-ups to have fun in the studio. Just like for kids, Open Studio is a great time to create, and have fun with different art mediums. We'll be creating art using fused glass, screen printing, painting and more!

This month we’ll be joined by guest artists, Casey Rasmussen White and Valerie Chang. They guide alcohol ink ornaments and ceramic ornaments plus a chance to jump on the pottery wheel!

In addition to our guest artists, we’ll be having a Holiday Art Sale! We’ll have local artists displaying their art for sale. A good time out, and holiday shopping in one!
